Logo design and 9 x 12" pocket folder used by agents to hold information packets for their clients
GenStone is Fay Servicing's new boutique brokerage company and approached me to design their logo.
Design objectives: Luxury, Modern, Hip & Trendy, softer boutique-feel using blues, grays, earthtones. The client specifically did not want any imagery of a house since they felt it is an overused element in real estate.
